I believe healing begins with having a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My approach to counseling is grounded in unconditional positive regard and meeting you where you are while honoring the experiences, values, strengths, and challenges that have shaped your story.

As a Clinician-in-Training at Holistically Divine Counseling®, a graduate student at Benedictine University, and a Registered Yoga Teacher, I am passionate about supporting the whole person—mind, body, and soul. I believe emotional wellness is interconnected with the many areas of our lives, and together, we can explore how the Eight Dimensions of Wellness can support greater integration, self-awareness, and healing.

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered. I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and principles informed by my experience as a yoga teacher when they are appropriate and meaningful to you. These practices can create opportunities to slow down, reconnect with yourself, become more aware of what you are carrying, and make intentional space for growth.

I also recognize that faith and spirituality can be deeply personal parts of our lives, particularly during seasons of change, uncertainty, acceptance, and healing. If faith or spirituality is meaningful to you, I welcome those conversations while honoring your individual beliefs and spiritual journey. My role is not to define that journey for you, but to create space for you to explore how your values and beliefs may support the life you want to create.

I believe some seasons of healing require the courage to change, while others require learning to accept what cannot be changed. Counseling can provide a space to begin understanding the difference. Wherever you find yourself, my hope is to walk alongside you as you strengthen your relationship with yourself, recognize the resources already within you, and create space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
