    Approach to Supervision

Supervision provides much meaning to my profession. Supervision offers a space for Clinicians to feel supported, challenged, encouraged and ultimately empowered to lean into their own professional style with ease.

My Supervision style is Clinician-Lead in that, my hope is that by taking responsibility for the specific areas of growth and areas of practice each Clinician hopes to foster within their own practice, we can collaboratively generate a safe, educational space where they consistently feel heard, understand what areas to reflect on within their own practice, yet walk away with a greater sense of confidence and understanding of their own strengths and style.

Rising Therapists and Provisionally Licensed Professionals will gain a deeper understanding of their own skills and strengths, areas to breathe more attention toward, as well as their own Professional capacity. My hope is that each of my Supervisees will know and understand how to develop a healthy relationship with their own self care and professional boundaries.

    Approach to Supervision

To me, supervision is more than oversight—it’s a supportive and collaborative relationship that nurtures both the clinician and the human behind the work. My goal as a clinical supervisor is to create a safe and affirming space where rising therapists and provisionally licensed professionals can grow in confidence, develop their therapeutic voice, and refine their clinical skills.

My supervision style is rooted in collaboration and respect. I work alongside clinicians in training to foster self-reflection, creativity, and autonomy while offering constructive feedback and guidance. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, address challenges, and build a foundation for sustainable and meaningful clinical work.

Through our work together, you’ll gain more than technical skills—you’ll cultivate a deeper awareness of who you are as a therapist and leave supervision feeling more grounded, capable, and aligned with your purpose in this field.

    Approach to Supervision

Supervision, to me, is a transformative space where personal growth and professional development meet. As a clinical supervisor, my goal is to support rising clinicians in building both their therapeutic skills and their confidence, while also making room for the complexity of being human in this work. I believe that supervision should feel like a grounding place—where you can bring questions, mistakes, wins, doubts, and dreams, and know that they will be met with care and clarity.

My style is relational and reflective. I lead with authenticity, collaboration, and structure. I believe in naming what’s working, noticing what needs strengthening, and helping you trust your voice as a clinician. I will challenge you when needed, celebrate your growth, and consistently invite you to connect your clinical work to your values, lived experience, and long-term vision.

In addition to clinical guidance, supervision with me includes intentional coaching around your career goals. Whether you’re navigating licensure, building a niche, stepping into leadership, or dreaming beyond the therapy room, I offer strategic support to help you create a path that’s aligned with your purpose and professional aspirations.

Clinicians who work with me often say they walk away with more than just clinical tools—they gain alignment, insight, and a clearer sense of who they are and how they want to show up in the field. My hope is that every supervision session leaves you both equipped and empowered to do the work in a way that is ethical, embodied, and sustainable.
