I recognize that each person brings unique experiences, strengths, values, and stories to counseling. My approach starts by meeting you where you are and encouraging you to be your authentic self, helping you feel truly understood. Even when your strengths feel hidden, you possess inner resources to navigate challenges and change. Together, we will explore these strengths and help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been difficult to access.
My counseling approach is client-centered and strengths-based, emphasizing collaboration rather than expertise. I support you as you explore your values, identify strengths, and develop meaningful strategies. My background in the tech industry helps me understand the pressures you may face, and I am committed to supporting individuals across all levels of an organization.
I am especially committed to supporting older adults, veterans, executive professionals, and women navigating significant life transitions. I also warmly welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
I recognize that faith and spirituality are meaningful aspects of identity and wellness. Each person’s spiritual journey is unique. If spirituality is important to you, I welcome it into counseling in a way that respects your beliefs, values, and individual experience. This respect helps you feel safe and validated as you explore your spirituality.
Above all, counseling helps us recognize the strengths we have always carried within. Progress isn’t always linear, and past experiences don’t have to define your future. My goal is to create a space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your resilience, and discover what moving forward means for you.
