We are considered in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, United Healthcare PPO, TriWest Health Alliance, Lyra and Medicare plans. Please contact your insurance to find out if we are in-network and ask about your deductible, copayment, and coinsurance so that you have a better understanding of what you are responsible for when paying for services.

Whether you’re using insurance, self-pay, or financial support programs, we’re committed to helping you find a payment path that works for your needs. Healing should never come with barriers.

Out-of-Network Benefits

Although we are considered out-of-network with some insurance providers, using your benefits is easy! All you have to do is pay the fee directly at the time of service, and we will provide you with a document called a “Superbill” that you can submit to your insurance provider. You’ll receive the reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. If you have any questions about coverage for our services, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your insurance provider for more information. We’re here to help make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible!

Cancellation Policy

Our top priority is providing excellent care and service to our patients. When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you, so we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unexpected situations may occur and always strive to be accommodating. However, we must enforce our policy of charging for the total cost of the session if you fail to provide the required notice. We aim to offer available time slots to those in need. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about our policy. We are here to support you in every way possible.

$130 — We want services to be accessible, so we are happy to talk with you about sliding scale options.

Your payment method will be charged on the day of your session.

We accept all major debit/credit cards along with HSA and FSA accounts.

Appointments are reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session rate. We appreciate your understanding.

Example: An appointment on Monday at noon will need to be canceled or rescheduled by Sunday before noon.
