In Network Benefits
We are considered in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, and United Healthcare PPO insurance plans. Please contact your insurance to find out if we are in-network and ask about your deductible, copayment, and coinsurance so that you have a better understanding of what you are responsible for when paying for services.
Although we are considered out-of-network with some insurance providers, using your benefits is easy! All you have to do is pay the fee directly at the time of service, and we will provide you with a document called a “Superbill” that you can submit to your insurance provider. You’ll receive the reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. Our top priority is providing excellent care and service to our patients. When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you, so we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unexpected situations may occur and always strive to be accommodating. However, we must enforce our policy of charging for the total cost of the session if you fail to provide the required notice. We aim to offer available time slots to those in need.
