Arielle Miree, LPC
Therapist, Holistically Divine Counseling
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

My name is Arielle Miree, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Therapist at Holistically Divine Counseling. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel free to let their true selves be seen. We all innately crave love, connection, and healthy relationships. We were not created to do life alone. I view each person as a holistic being, considering your mental, physical, relational, emotional, and spiritual health as we journey together towards healing, growth, and a meaningful life.
I work with adults and teens. I am passionate about helping people grow, heal, and live a purposeful life. Further, I understand the difficult dynamic that creatives, artists, athletes, actors/actresses experience as they are under pressure to share their talents and gifts with the world. I strive to come alongside you and help you maintain your holistic health, identity, & values while you thrive in a demanding lifestyle.
My theoretical approach is eclectic. I believe in first listening to the client thoroughly before assuming what approach would work best. Some research-based techniques I use include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), existential therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and art therapy. I believe expressive forms of treatment such as creative writing, music therapy and art therapy can be beneficial for some clients.
I hold a master’s degree in both Mental Health Counseling and Theological Studies from Trinity International University. Also, I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I strongly believe that we show up as our best selves when we invest in our holistic health. I look forward to partnering with you in your journey!
